Direct to Film (DTF) printing is an innovative method that allows for high-resolution, full-color designs to be printed onto special films and then transferred directly onto fabric. This cutting-edge process ensures that your graphics are sharp, vivid, and long-lasting.

Here are the washing instructions for our graphic T-shirts:

1. Turn Inside Out: Before washing, turn the T-shirt inside out to protect the graphic print.

2. Machine Wash Cold: Use cold water to wash the T-shirt. This helps prevent shrinking and preserves the color of the fabric and the graphic.

3. Gentle Cycle: Select a gentle or delicate cycle on your washing machine to avoid damaging the fabric and graphic.

4. Use Mild Detergent: Opt for a mild, non-bleach detergent. Harsh chemicals can fade the colors and damage the print.

5. Avoid Fabric Softeners: Fabric softeners can leave residue that might affect the graphic and the fabric’s breathability.

6. Do Not Bleach: Avoid using bleach, as it can discolor the fabric and ruin the graphic print.

7. Dry Flat: Lay the T-shirt flat to dry. Avoid using a tumble dryer, as high heat can shrink the cotton and damage the graphic.

8. Iron Inside Out: If ironing is necessary, turn the T-shirt inside out and use a low heat setting. Avoid ironing directly on the graphic print.

9. Do Not Dry Clean: Dry cleaning chemicals can be too harsh for the fabric and graphic.

Following these instructions will help maintain the quality and longevity of your UNQ Clothing graphic T-shirt.

Once your order is placed and paid for, we will schedule it for the next available print run, usually on a Thursday or Monday. To minimize lead time, place your order on a Sunday or Wednesday, and it will be printed the next day. The printing process takes approximately 7-10 working days for our printing partner to queue and print your design. After printing and returning to us, UNQ Clothing will ship your order within an additional 1-2 working days.

Our free shipping option will automatically trigger as soon as the R1000 threshold is reached in your cart. (the amount is calculated before any discount is applied from your coupons so don't worry of missing out)

UNQ Clothing Returns Policy

At UNQ Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return your items following our returns policy outlined below:

Return Eligibility:

• Condition: Items must be returned in perfect, unworn, and unwashed condition. Any signs of wear, damage, or alterations will result in the item being ineligible for return.
• Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any tags, labels, and accessories that were included with the purchase.

Return Process:

1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at pieter@unq-clothing.co.za within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
3. Shipping: Pack the items securely in the original packaging and ship them back to us. Please note that UNQ Clothing does not cover the courier cost for returns. You are responsible for paying the shipping fees to return the items to us.
4. Return Address: Ensure the package is sent to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds:

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized items
• Items purchased on final sale or clearance

Exchanges:

• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
